Install and activate plugin:
Edit an image in your Media Library:
Click the “Edit Tags” button to go to the tag management screen for this image:
Click the “Add New Tag” button, then click anywhere on the image. You can move and resize this box so it encloses the section of the image you want to tag:
Enter the name and destination URL for the tag, then save it. Now, create a new post:
When you add an image to your post, you will have a new option:
Make sure the “Show Tags” box is checked, and click “Insert into Post”, then publish:
Now your tags will display in the post:
